While Paco could normally be found at Potruck, tearing through protein powder containers with just his teeth and throwing medicine balls at novice or recreational lifters, quarantine has left him with very few options. Now, Paco can be seen on Saturday mornings trying to scale townhouse walls to get his core and upper body workouts in. If you see Paco, please toss him a redbull and tell him to "finish just one more set" to help him continue adjusting.
